Ataining the same professional service offered by a large bank has been an ongoing struggle. I have been with this institution for seven years now and will doubtfully make it to eight years. The staff is generally pleasant but the policies have changed for the worse in the past few years and that is unacceptable. I will definitely go back to a bank.
