My dad had a business for 40+ years and Mecca was one of our go to suppliers, and even though the business has been closed for about 8 years they we still go pick up parts, and components there and it is really nice to talk to them every time. It's folks like them that make return customers ❤️ you guys rock!”

“i wanted to give a 5, though through trial and error. i think its important that they reach out more to their customers throughout the contract.. i went back because of my pc optimum offer, and found this time the customer service was better, though a few kinks, be sure to ask for options, not just whats available.. i wanted telus and i got it (from koodo). but with only iphone and samsung options.. which i never tried either. i still don't like samsung is a heavier phone. it's like a computer from the 20th century (the phone), customer service otherwise, for a person with a anxiety, cool beans. definitely better experience with the mobile shop. too i hope the company inquires with their staff. surveys and customers. not just the customers. cute little kosiak, turn right, and is right there behind you in Superstore, oh! sales person was Jaskaran M. S. at 2155 Ferry Ave. - RCSS Superstore ?”

I went into buy smokes and we were making a friendly conversation, nothing out of the ordinary.A new customer walks in and interrupts our conversation which whatever but then he begins slipping innuendos and being inappropriate. I am in a situation, for the time being, and unable to deal with conflict as I normally would. The employee stepped up to the guy in a respectful manner and I really appreciated it. “What great people. So helpful and informative.I started contacting them a few weeks ago with questions about radios and how they work and my initial contact was with Corey . She was so kind and helpful for a newbie , even sent email links for quick info. Fast forward to almost two weeks ago , and I had contact with Mike. Equally informative and made the process of reserving the radios pretty well seamless. Fast forward to this last Monday, had contact with Mike again to pick up the reserved radios, so semless again. Then today I was having trouble getting a radio turned on getting ready for our trip call up and I'm pretty sure spoke to Mike again and he answered my questions again,three minutes done the phone call radio is working and just a pleasure.Thankyou guys for a great transaction, and for being so human after all.Would definitely use them again if needed.”

“I would like to share a London Drugs experience of a friend of mine that happened a few months ago. My friend who is elderly and disabled, purchased a scooter from your store for which she had saved for several years, wanting to buy a good one. Unfortunately, less than a year later, the motor refused to run. My friend was very upset, came to the store and talked to Christa, the Assistant Manager. Christa calmly assisted her, reassured her that she'd be covered under warranty and gave her a phone number to call. When the new front end for the scooter arrived at the store, Christa, her husband, and her son brought it to my friend's apartment. They removed the old front end from the scooter and installed the new one. They also took the faulty front end away and disposed of it. I would like to thank Christa and London Drugs for such exceptional and special customer service for someone who really needed it. Good people really do reflect well on the place of business they work at.”

“The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help, I've yet to have a bad ezperience with them. Generally a bit on the expensive side but that's nothing new for a large electronics shop. The employees deserve to get paid more.”
