I had a miscommunication with a personalized gift, but Chan and the other staff worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted within the timeframe I needed. I'm not sure if I have ever received customer service to the extent they provided. I felt heard, respected, and cared for. That just doesn't happen these days. There aren't enough stars to adequately express my gratitude. Thank you!!”
