“Wanda at Michael’s is truly a gem! She brings so much fun, energy, and warmth to every interaction. Her bubbly personality is perfect for customer service, and she’s always incredibly helpful. You’re always greeted with a smile and never feel ignored as a customer. No matter what project we’re working on, Wanda helps us find exactly what we need. We’re sad that the store has switched to self-checkout because we miss the joy of checking out with Wanda and chatting about the goodies we’ve picked out. She always shares creative ideas for what we could make with our supplies! Honestly, it’s just not the same visiting Michael’s when she isn’t there — we joke that it’s not a true Michael’s experience without Wanda!? She’s truly the life of the party, and we never leave the store without a smile when she’s working. Wanda is a breath of fresh air and has a great attitude - we appreciate her! We’ll definitely be calling corporate to suggest they give her a raise!?
