“My son lost his house keys at the bottom of the lake… ugh! So, he got new keys cut but they didn’t work. Trent was AMAZING in getting us new locks and making sure all the keys worked. What a great guy! Fantastic service. This hardware store is lucky to have you, Trent!!”
“Windsor Plywood has been our go to for our finishing products for so many years. They have amazing service, great attitude and all the finishing products you need for your home. The team is great as they help you with different selections and are very knowledgable. Definitely recommend Windsor!”
“Absolutely exceptional service in the garden center. The employee this morning/July 26 939ish am, incredibly knowledgeable, and helpfully directed me to the items requested. I walked out with not only one purchase, I walked out with 4. The reason being, this employee engaged the customer, and in doing so, companion purchased.
Happy, and blessed to be in PG!”

“Hunter, Jaxon, and Maddox were excellent. Their combined level of customer service and attention to detail was above and beyond. We were unsure of the best timber to buy in Prince George. We can’t thank the entire team enough in helping us decide on and purchase the correct materials to make our daughter’s garden beds. Their recommendations for other places to visit were also so helpful. We are really happy with the result! The entire team at Rona Prince George is to be commended. We will definitely be back on our next visit to PG! We love this town. The team are a stand out!”
