“my phone cracked horribly today and i called him on a small chance they may have my iphone screen in stock ( old model ) to my surprise he did- and was able to same day! within 30 minutes my iphone screen was perfectly repaired. My iphone camera lenses were also cracked- and he did them as well! i cannot recommend him enough.”

“I came in here and Scott and Parvinder were at the desk, as I came in I’m pretty sure they could tell I had a bad experience with customer service on the phone, and they were right. However these two went above and beyond and helped me out. Very grateful and absolutely remarkable customer service. I will be moving my line over to virgin forsure as I was just helping out my mother in law. If that’s the service you get as a non customer then I’m looking forward to what they could do for me as a customer. Hands down best mobile phone experience to date.”
