The guy at the front desk was very helpful, as I first took the wrong part and came back to request for a replacement, he was so helpful and gave me the replacement within no time and the transaction was smooth

Called in and spoke with Garnet. Found my part and set aside for me.
When I arrived I was asked to look and confirm it was the right one and had great service all in all. Priced competitively against OEM, and was in stock. Can't ask for much more.

Nicely organized, well stocked, friendly knowledgeable staff. Napa is a good organization overall. One of the few corporate businesses to still provide old fashioned service. People answer phones and do their level best to help with whatever your needs may be. They also stand behind what they sell.
