3030 Recplace Dr Unit 140, Prince GeorgeWe had a great experience at this PetSmart! We are new in town from Alberta, brought our fishes without the tank. We picked up a hexagon aquarium along with some live plants and stone for aquascaping. Our 5-year-old blood parrot cichlid loves the new setup — it looks amazing. The cashier was absolutely lovely and super helpful throughout the checkout process. Friendly staff, clean store, and great selection. Highly recommend! ??

The woman who helped said it was her first birthday party, and she rocked it! She was extremely patient and friendly. She was fabulous with the children (she has 4 of her own, so that could be why!) and very knowledgeable of the animals. They have a wonderful variety! The children had a total blast and the 2 hours was over before we knew it. Well done, I would book here again!

We drove through from Terrace on our way to do the Bowron Lake Circuit and were grateful to find this place along the way. We had a long list of needs for Shadow to have a successful stay, which they were very generous in accommodating for us. We are so glad to have had the chance to stay with the staff here and look forward to the opportunity to do so again.

We got the Vegan Arrabbiata Penne, Beet & Goat Cheese Salad, Berry Mule Mocktail (Blueberry), and the Steak Sandwich. Great service and our server Careylynn even dropped some Italian language into our experience :)
