3030 Recplace Dr Unit 140, Prince GeorgeWe had a great experience at this PetSmart! We are new in town from Alberta, brought our fishes without the tank. We picked up a hexagon aquarium along with some live plants and stone for aquascaping. Our 5-year-old blood parrot cichlid loves the new setup — it looks amazing. The cashier was absolutely lovely and super helpful throughout the checkout process. Friendly staff, clean store, and great selection. Highly recommend! ??

1741 Victoria St, Prince GeorgeI recently moved to town with my senior dog. Birchwood was amazing with helping with the end of life things. I missed my furry friend and decided go adopt a puppy. He is amazing the first day and but had contacted parvo. He rapidly became very ill. Once again Birchwood stepped up and between them and the Humane Society my little guy received top notch care. He is on day two of his recovery and is starting to show signs of his sweet, goofy nature again. I can't say enough positive things about my experiences with Birchwood even though they have been a part of some of my hardest days. Fabulous team ❤️

We almost risked our lives to go but we messaged this clinic and they replied right when they opened and got him in for an emergency operation on stones.. They saved his life and possibly ours too as we found out there was an accident on the route we were going to take and that could of been our entire family. its still a long road ahead with healing but the fact they took the time and tried and did save him means more to us then anything. From the bottom of our hearts Thank you all Jack and us are forever greatful !
