“-EDIT-Okay I still stand by my previous review HOWEVER....Since I have posted this the quality of service and the professionalism have come leaps and bounds. I was completely critical before and I am allowed to be. There are some amazing people that work here and when a buisness makes great strides to be better it should be given their fair dues. Complete 180 from before and still going strong, keep it up canada post your doing great and getting better.-Previous review 1 star-Completely unhelpful, had no clue what she was doing. Couldn't even explain what had happened to my package that was apparently delivered 2 days ago and then proceeds to tell me it's not in town yet. The employee basically admitted that the lady in front of me had a package collected that was supposed to be signed for was received by someone with no signature. Unprofessional, unhelpful..dismal IMHO there's a reason that ups, FedEx are prevalent now..”
