This store has the worst customer service ever. Takes 20 minutes to get a size. Ask for a size, says no, yet there is one on display, bring it back and guess what, they find the size in the back. Speaking a language other than English while checking out, laughing at customers. Does not tell total just points rudely at the debit machine, and throws receipt at you. I absolutely would not shop at this store, awful management and staff

You are literally on your own here, staff wander in and out and chat on the phone but there is no service or assistance at all. Find somewhere else

It was an ok experience staff nice, but the store looks like a bomb went off in it.
I hunted the sticker on the shoe to find the deal, annoying. Soft moc go and help your staff organize the store.

I had a great experience here. I don’t remember the exact name of the employee here name as balraj. I think he’s the man of honour and he was multitasker helping other people too with me. He satisfied me with the exact pair of shoes that fits me.

Worst customer service ever. They don’t greet you when you come into the store even if you stand there for a few minutes waiting. They all stand behind the counter just staring at you and won’t help unless you go ask. Someone there even came by me to put a shoe away and totally ignored me. Do not recommend

Someone please take over the store because the customer service is absolutely dismal. I have never been disrespected so much in my life and have someone not be able to figure out a shoe size or a colour. Asking repetitively for them to figure out exactly the shoe size I need when I’ve told them, and then being scoffed at will never make me shop here again. I get I sound like a Karen but if I’m spending over $150 on the pair of shoes, I’d like at least some customer service not to be disrespected. If the people who worked her got off their phones and didn’t l stand in the back, maybe they’d be able to help. So unhappy with the service.

Does anyone work here or do they just stand behind the counter playing on their phones? Customer service at this location has fallen off over the last 4-6 months. Rarely are you ever greeted or asked if you need assistance. To make it worse, the last two times we’ve asked for assistance, staff has made us feel like a total inconvenience, and even lied to us about not having a size when we were holding the other shoe (shelf model) in our hands!
