“Thought I would take a day to think of how to write this post...
Guy on phone was definitely a grumpy stressed out man...I could explain his rude conversation with me but not worth it.
He may not have ppl skills and need to learn that if we calling him...we are already having a bad day...but despite that I told him my friend's grandson locked them out of vehicle by closing door with keys in...he was grumpy for sure but I confirmed him to come help....he was SUPER FAST getting there...by time I arrived to pay he had the door open.
I don't know the stress of owning a company like this...but assuming it's getting to him.
Despite the attitude...I would call again..because at end of day he did his job fast..I know it was guy on phone because I asked him and he said yes quietly.
The only thing that confused me was he mentioned something about tip option when i was paying...I said "what"? He pushed the button to skip past without asking...then complained to my friend after I left that he didn't get one because she didnt have cash to give him one...i would have if i had option to try and make him happy. ?♀️
But thanks for making it an less stressful day by being quick with help.”
