We had exceptional service from Jonny Prasas today with our cell phones . They were short staffed today with only one staff member working. He was very patient & helpful as my husband & I are not too tech savvy. We really appreciated the assistance & friendly service!!!

Super impressed with how honest the team at Virgin Plus is! Very friendly to talk to, not pushy on any products, very informative and clear when it came to setting up my new phone.
