Had a very pleasant experience with this service. Talked to a couple of agents prior to actually switching over from another carrier. They were very helpful. When we finally made it in to switch over the 2 lines the agent made it a smooth transaction. Ended up paying almost half of what I was paying and got more data. Very happy

Very knowledgeable, literally saved my bacon because Hailey looked at my old phone and said my battery was Buldging and a fire hazard. It should not ever be plugged in again! Great deal on a phone and plan. No pressure sales !
