Typical Walmart, good variety of products. Note that this is a smaller store than you are probably typically used to, even compared to Terrace or other nearby smaller municipalities. As such, the product selection is reduced.

I have some mobility problems so I decided to order online to get stuff Im not able to carry up my stairs especially if they are heavy. Everything was there, when I got them delivered and Im very happy about it. I recommend it for anyone who cant make it into the store to shop. This was my first time ordering online. If I knew about it long time ago, i would have done it then.
Only downside was when I tried to shop in the store the day i was able to make it in , there were no more powerades, the big or small ones. Someone gouged them and didn’t leave any for other shoppers who need it. Usually they have lots. And one of the power wheel carts that they have in the store for people with mobility issues, the one that has signs on it says its fully charged but when I was using it it kept stopping and not working. The other one works okay, but they do need new ones. I did let someone at Customer Service know but don’t know if he took it to heart as he was busy doing something.
And when I do try to use them at times it says battery is almost dead. They need to keep tabs on those electric carts at making sure they are fully charged.
But otherwise I have no other issues with Walmart. Im glad they stock the shelves fast as they can, but do hope they put limits on the powerades and water. Those two are the ones that are gone almost fast. Thank you for everything Walmart. I do appreciate the ordering online and delivery. and I wonder if its year round?
I did give the driver a tip for the online ordering so I suggest others to do it too. ?

Misleading pricing policies.
Refused to match their own online price ($29) for an item that rang up as $49.97 with no prices on the shelf.
Was told it was an "online price only" despite being the exact item that came up when I searched for it "in-store" with no disclaimers regarding an "online price".
They offered to help me order it online.
This is the exact reason that businesses are legally required to honour misleading prices.
You can't clearly list your price online, then argue that it's incorrect.

I love the greeters. But don't take crap from the incompetent manager.... She isn't about customer service and she'll give you nothing but grief, every time. Thinks she's CEO of the company. Took a few items to checkout. From scanning, I knew one wasn't giving me the posted extra 60% off the ticketed clearance price, as per signs. The sales clerk needed help and the manager did nothing but argue with me, make rude comments in front of me to her clerk, be incapable of understanding 60% isn't 60 cents..... It took about 5 minutes before she finally applied the correct discount. All she had to do was say, "sorry, our mistake", quickly fix it "thanks for your patience". Not only do we have the smallest walmart, we have the worst manager in Canada. Any other Walmart i've ever been in helps you unquestioningly and politely.

Been working as a truck driver last 10years, never seen reciving as bad as here, thay dont want to recive goods after 2:30pm, and because of that thay leave you there to wait for tomorow morning. Most of the time we drive only 1 or 2 skids for this walmart. As thay say reciving works only from 7:30am to 2:30pm, this practice is not common for any Walmart in BC, only here. Would be nice if management could change this and spare drivers of wasting whole day here for 1 or 2 skids....will post pic of most common load i bring here.

One of 2 Walmarts to get a 5 starEveryone here genuinely enjoyed working here and had such a positive attitude. While yes much like everywhere in this area of the province this store has its lack of staff but. The staff they do have are amazing and have a radiating energy that is contagious this store made the rocky flight and rough drive from terrace airport better

I just have to give this Walmart five stars. You always get greeted at the front. There’s lots of staff running all over the place so everything is easy to find and if you need help it’s there. The store is clean like you would expect any other Walmart. And it probably has everything you want. The hours are also amazing. Opening up at 7 AM. Nearly every day of the week. There’s also a pharmacy. Which is very convenient.
