My car broke down on the highway while on way to vancouver. None of the other auto shops were open, but luckily, this Kal tire location was open. Fantastic customer service. I was helped within a few minutes, and they helped me with a workaround so I could drive safely back home. Such lovely people.

Thanks to Jaime and her team for fitting me in without an appointment to do a repair to my truck ( blown off intercooler hose).Great customer and mechanical service, fast and reasonable, even considering they got busy on a Tuesday morning.Highly recommend using their services

First flat tire in over 45 years driving! The ladies & gentlemen of Kal Tire made such a thing a good experience. Very quickly repaired the flat, re-mounted it to my vehicle & had me on my way in short order. All of that at a VERY reasonable cost. Couldn't have been happier with their service.

Broke a valve stem on way to Whipsaw and the team at Kal tire were able to fix both my tires in minutes!!! They totally could of made me wait, but they accommodated me asap so I could enjoy my weekend.Thank you, Kal Tire Princeton

Had to make an unexpected stop in at kal tire today to get a tire repaired , chris and Brolin helped us out last minute to get us on out way , thanks again guys

We hit a huge pothole just outside Princeton and bent the rim badly on my car. Stopped at kal tire in Princeton looking for a rim. Within 10 minutes kyle had my rim fixed up and had me on my way. Both people were so friendly and helpful. Great job.

It made quite a racket, I had a rock in my brakes. Kal Tire staff guessed the problem immediately, and fixed it fast. "No charge" they said, hey how about that! Great customer service. Thanks for the freebie. . .
