Whilst buying lotto today I dropped my credit card here. Discovered this in another store so rushed back 30 mins later feeling very anxious and panicky, my card had been handed in to Vanessa who was superb, not only did she properly ensure the security of my card by checking my ID etc but she was extremely kind and compassionate as she could see I was losing it. I returned later to thank Vanessa and spoke with Kym and Darrin who were also very lovely people. They are all a credit to this Pharmasave. Thank you Vanessa and I'm sorry I can't thank the customer who handed my CC in, so I hope they read this!

I agree with many of the comments on here about the rudeness of a majority of the pharmacy staff. Customer service is important to me too. As a long time business owner, my suggestion is to hire someone to provide customer service training to that team. As soon as possible. In the meantime, as a point of suggestion - ask additional questions if you're unsure of what the customer is asking for...when a customer is looking for something and they tell you that they have purchased it multiple times, don't blow them off by saying "you can go ask the pharmicist because they don't know what you're talking about". This is not only rude but also insulting. To then talk about the customer with a co-worker while they're still there is immature and childish. Maybe get better at your job instead of making othes feel stupid. The customer was right in this case...

I recently moved to Qualicum and got my information switched over to make this my home pharmacy. Dean the pharmacist was very rude. I will be seeing a different pharmacy because customer service is important to me

I cannot express enough gratitude towards Dean and the pharmacy team. They have gone above and beyond to help navigate the care of elderly family members. We appreciate your hard work and exemplary customer service !

I have spent the last 6 months with Lori helping me with weight loss. She has been professional and encouraging. With her coaching and weekly appointments, it resulted in me losing 50 lbs. and 22.76 inches in 18 weeks! She made the journey easier by her professional approach and encouragement! The Ideal Protein food was also a big part in losing weight. I would recommend working with Lori for anyone wanting to lose some weight! Good Luck! Price gouging. I had a prescription compounded here, cost me $2.80/capsule. When I told someone else on the same medication what I paid they were shocked so I called around. The second most expensive place I found was $0.83/capsule. The cheapest place was $0.50/capsule. Pharmasave was more than 5 times the price! If that's not price gouging I don't know what is. I will never spend another dollar in this store. Should change their name to Pharmagouge.

Pharmasave treats all young people as if they are going to shop lift. I understand that maybe they have had frequent shoplifters who happen to be young but they should not paint every teenager with the same brush. Every time I have gone in they watch me very closely. I have also had a staff member follow me around the store while I am browsing. I am not a shoplifter and neither is my sister. To be treated like one makes me feel very uncomfortable to be in that store. If it wasn’t the only drug store in town I would never go back.

LISTEN UP: Price of 200 over the counter tylenol with codeine (Nov. 2022) -Qualicum Pharmasave $41.98 / Qualicum Tablet $25.32Call it gouging; and/or profiteering. Whatever. I find it borderline obscene, & will avoid Pharmasave and frequent the Tablet.......Besides, the 'Mr.Bean' movies are a bonus!Update/Response - (Nov. 30, 2022).On Wed., Nov.16th, 2022, at approximately 6:15 P.M., I purchased 200 Tylenol tablets. PERIOD. No other items. My bill was $41.98.Instead of looking up the receipt; after the fact, Qualicum Pharmasave attempted to discredit & unceremoniously brush me off........ Shabby treatment.

The best pharmacy in Parksville. They have everything from suppliments, medicine, and body health products. Get your prescription filled and browse while you wait. The helpful staff can't wait to answer your questions here!

Pharmasave Qualicum management took time from their busy work lives to provide a tour and a welcome to our training group, "The Retired to Rehired" first class of 2022. As I looked forward to re-entering the work world, I saw a business I would not hesitate to serve. Thank-you, Sandy and Darrin.

The pharmacy here is just far too busy. This is the third time I have been here and they couldn't find my prescription. I will move to Tablet pharmacy for prescriptions with lower dispensing fees, and keep Pharmasave for birthday cards and shampoo!
