Guy is so rude, hung up on just for simply asking about ring resizing. how someone operates with these hilariously bad business practices is beyond me. Go out of business, Qualicum doesn't need you

Wasn’t surprised to see all the other reviews about how rude this guy is. Comes across as a bitter jaded old man that couldn’t care less about customers.

I am actually stunned that I had the store owner actually hang up on me because I asked him if my son needed an appointment for ring sizing or could just show up. He told me in no uncertain rudeness that of course he does ring sizes, what would I think and told me to go some place else and hung up in the middle of me asking a question. Rude!!!! How is he still in business

Wost place ever...never seen someone so arrogant & condescending talking to clients. The store owner is so rude to customers. We wanted to replace a bracelet, and he wouldn't want to explain me why he couldn't do it...just went back to the back of his shop behind his curtain and told us to do some research online....so weird and rude!Seems like he doesn't enjoy a single minute what he does...run away from this place! Can't wait to see this shop replace by a nicer business owner that love what he/she does, this town deserve much better than this guy!

This sadly is the last jeweller left in Qualicum Beach. This jeweller makes custom pieces of jewelry, by the looks of the shop mostly rings. He also has a few pieces for sale and does repairs. I must be honest and say I am not really sure how he is still in business. Although he is a very pleasant store owner his customer service is severely lacking. He does not keep store hours and will tell you he is in and out all day so it is very difficult to catch him when the store is open. He will say to call before you stop by but he never answers the phone and only has one line so you are usually greeted by a message or a busy signal. I took a chain in to be repaired and it took him a month to get around to it,. Three months in I thought I surely had missed his call so I stopped in and was lucky enough to catch him and he said if I hadn't received a call then he hadn't done it yet. Once I did get his call it took me two months to catch him in store to be able to pick it up. All in all if you would like your jewelry back in a timely fashion find somewhere else to take it.
