But a special shoutout to Erika, she made my day working out in the hot sun doing construction so pleasant to see her and her positive attitude and kind words. I will be back when I’m in qualicum because she is such a delight and friendly face that makes your day brighter :)

I do not recommend purchasing any of their dairy products.
18% cream came heavily curdled with an expiry date more than week ahead.
No refund either.
Their laundromat is also in serious disrepair.
Water all over the floors and most of their machines are trashed.
Such a horribly run gas station for the location,
Absolute shame.

The customer service is massively lacking here. One of the employees, an older lady with white/blonde hair, is unbelievably rude. I was buying a few items but only had a $100 bill. I didn't see a sign that states they don't take larger bills anywhere, but she snapped at me, acted like it was a massive inconvenience, and obnoxiously threw the change on the counter. She was completely unprofessional. This is the second time I've encountered her acting like that. She was rude when my husband came in to buy propane as well. I won't be giving this Shell my business until she is fired. I'm sure it sucks being over 60 working as convenience store clerk, but have some decorum. She's running people off with her ignorant attitude.

Came into the shell to grab a few items and the guy at the counter was unbelievable rude and made condescending comments towards me before I was even half way through the door. Will not be spending my money here again.

I wouldn't use the vacuum they have in their lot. Waste of $3 and no reimbursement. The vacuum they have doesn't work. They know about it and haven't informed their guests.

Some of the worst washrooms around. No toilet paper, no soap dispenser or any alternative in the womans side, dirty, no hot water, graffiti all over the walls. Only use when absolutely desperate.

Terrible service. I pulled into the full serve pump without realizing I had. The young man that was working walked away, I noticed the gas was more expensive than posted but no one was around to ask. When the attendant returned I had finished pumping my gas and asked him why it was more than posted, he told me with a smirk that it was because it was full serve. I told him I had pumped my own gas because no one was around and I asked if I was going to be reimbursed the additional cost to which he replied (again with a smirk, while drinking his energy drink) that I could not be reimbursed because I had not paid cash. It wasn’t so much about the money as it was about the blatant disregard and disrespect shown to me during my interaction with this young man. I will not return to this service station.
