“Love this place. Smiles everytime I visit. So helpful and friendly. My go to store for pet items. Amazing selection of foods. Customer service like no other place in town. They know my name when I come in. Feel like part of a family. Not just a customer.”
“Always have the food I'm after in stock, the staff are usually very friendly, although it was interesting as one staff seemed to be hiding out.
Took my little guy in ? and he got to experience a dog growling at him.
Thank you Woofys as we love the Save the Tax Sundays!?”
“Great company. I've gone there lots for pipes and vape juice. But this time I was there to talk with the owner about 3D printing. He did a great job and was very enthusiastic. I would recommend this company for anyone interested in what they have to offer.”
“Great store to shop at and they had what I needed. Only constructive critism I would suggest, when there are long line ups at the till. I would instruct the employees walking around the store sweeping to put down the broom and help out.”
“Good day everyone,My wife and I went into our local Bosley's in Campbell River. There we met a friendly young staff member "Audrey". She exhibited a very high level of customer service. Assisting us with all our questions and providing excellent suggestions to our needs. This above and beyond height of customer service is not seen as much anymore. So we needed to thank Audrey for kindness and help.Stewart and Barb Anderson”
“Last week I was in to purchase some items to save my betta fish as he was looking pretty limp. I honestly didn’t think it was possible. My daughter googled some items that would help. The owner helped us get an indian leaf and the stability drops and some blood worms. IT WORKED. My fish is good as new, he’s back to normal swimming away. I’m still blown away, I’m not sure if all 3 worked or just one item in particular but I’m still amazed. The owner takes such good care of all the fish in that store, giving them all the right amount of space to swim around in. I love seeing betta fish mixed in with other fish. I just wanted to thank the owner for saving my betta fish.”

“My hedgehog is super friendly and smart. SV Hedgehogs is reliable and very communicative. The babies are worth the wait even though the waitlist is long. I can definitely tell Jenna puts in a lot of effort into her hedgehogs as mine is very well socialized. As a first time hedgehog owner, I think this made it easier for me to handle. I will definitely get more hedgehogs from her in the future!Edit: 2 years later, my hedgie is super friendly and smart. I don’t regret getting her and will def get another hedgehog from Jenna in the future!!”
