Dustin came and got us on the side of the road between Williams Lk. and Mcleese Lk. when the engine on our car blew...he loaded it up fast to get us to the Kia dealer in PG trying to get there before the place closed but as luck would have it road construction nixed that but so what...he had a million stories for us about the trials and tribulations of the towing industry so the time spent with him was well worth it! Highly recommend this company no problem....

Rolled my car on the highway and Dustin was a stand up dude. Went out of his way to avoid using flaggers which would've cost a significant amount and pulled my car out. Highly recommend using them! Thanks dude.

I had a belt blow and couldn't go on early in the morning but had no issues getting a flatbed out there and towed to a local parts store. Driver was nice and polite

Got ourselves into a bit of a pickle last Wednesday (17th of august) heading through quesnel. I had stopped on the shoulder so hubby could take a pic and unfortunately backed onto the soft gravel and the back end of truck started to slide further into the ditch, not even 4 wheel drive would work. As I was trying to stop myself from shaking and hubby was having a closer look a gentleman from Prism was parked and I guess could see our predicament so he came up the road and offered assistance. He parked in front, hooked on and had the truck out in no time. We asked how much and he didn't want anything, wished us a great time on our holiday (we were headed to 100 mile). Forgot to grab his name but he was very helpful and we appreciated it very much. I hope to never need tow services again but if I do I'd not hesitate to use Prism Towing! Thank you again!
