“We were on our way to a camping trip when we noticed a dust cap had fallen off our tent trailer. After a temporary fix we reached Revelstoke and we were desperate to find a replacement, as we had another 4 hour drive ahead of us. We came to this NAPA store and the store owner was just incredible! We had trouble figuring out which size we needed, and she stayed with us to find the right fit. Of course, everything needed to protect our hands to do the repair (i.e. gloves, paper towels, wipes) was packed in the truck, and she provided all those items to help us out. We are so grateful for her help! She saved our trip, and with us traveling with our young son, we really appreciate her help!”

I do not think I have ever seen one in Alberta.
Had massive problem with battery/alternator.
Although the woman at the front couldn’t offer a complete fix for the more systemic problem, she was excellent in offering a temporary solution to help us continue our travels safely.
Products we bought were expensive, but I would say that is a thing EVERYWHERE.
I would definitely support this shop if I were a local. Knowledgeable, friendly, and engaged in offering service (unlike many big box stores).”
