The service is so terrible that we get anything of value sent to our other house. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Incredible service and great friendly staff. I’ve witnessed them have to deal with some very rude entitled customers respectfully and professionally.

The Worst Canada Post ever. Definitely not a Post Office for your mail delivery. Rossland town gets a bad reputation for it..:((..

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never met so many employees incapable of performing their actual job. The fact that this is our only option for most parcel pickup is an absolute joke. If I was as unhelpful and rude as one of the women working there I would’ve been out of a job long ago. Would rate it zero if I could.

Update: still terrible. You might need ID, you might not. They might give you your package with out it. They might not. Prepare to be confused about box numbers vs house numbers and don't dare you forget your box # on incoming mail. ...

Don't answer phone, don't put delivery notices in boxes... Don't do their only job!

I love our town and for many years have not had an issue with our post office. A certain staff member has changed that for me. For the last year if we have ordered something on line we might get an e-mail saying our purchase is at the post office ready for pickup. When we get to the PO if the notice is not in our box one of the front counter this woman will not look or retrieve it from the back room even if we show them the e-mail. She claims she is not to hand out parcels until notices are left in our box. More recently they have even denied that the parcel is even in the building until someone actually goes to look for it and finds that it's been there for days and not in Richmond as their web-site says. If Canada Post cannot handle the increased use of online shopping with Amazon they should lose the contract to deliver the parcels. Don't tell me my parcel is there and then refuse to give it to me.

Great postoffice. However considering homes do not get package delivery to their doorsteps I do wish that the postoffice would be open on weekends. To ease the collection of parcels stress

CanadaPost Outlet in Beautiful Well-kept Stone Building From Rosslands Past.... It also houses town superboxes area for residential mail delivery. NOTE PO Box area is accessible until 8 PM Mon-Fri then doors lock.
