Visited this place thrice always have to wait for a long time to get help from the employees it seems they are not that interested to help. Asked one employee to help but he was in training and he asked another one he just walked away and after a while somebody came to help. Like seriously then to whom the company is paying when the employees are not really ready to help never had a welcoming feeling at this store. If you really wanna buy from this store I recommend please do your own research first because nobody is coming to you at very first place to help you out.

Had a bad experience at Best Buy trying to exchange my computer yesterday. Actual star should be 3.5⭐️ only because previous shopping experience was very nice. Best Buy needs to train their employee better. The customers shouldn’t be treated rudely because your employee just started working here.
Yesterday, when I approached the customer service to exchange my computer because it wouldn’t turn on the second time I opened it. The lady gave me bad attitude from the start. She was cold and distant and reluctant to answer my question. She called over someone to help her (she is probably new there), but the guy asked me how much I bought the computer for, implying that I have to pay for the diff for exchanging my computer since I bought mine on sale. I was annoyed since I’ve never had someone at Best Buy asking me these questions when I’m exchanging a defect product. But oh well, it’s whatever. Then when it comes to her actually processing my return/exchange, she asked me to sign off on erasing the data from the returned computer, I asked her, “oh I had logged onto my Microsoft account before cuz the computer worked before, it just stopped working after a week. What to do abt this?” She started giving me a REAL attitude, saying it’s very difficult to deal with the data blah blah blah. That’s when I’m actually getting pissed off.
This is NOT ok. YOU did not tell me that I have to wipe off EVERYTHING from my returned product beforehand AND I could not open the computer because YOUR product was a defect. She was making it seem like it was MY fault. She called over someone else to help me to erase the data with a BAD attitude given to me, but all friendly to other customers, which led me to think if this is racially motivated even… since I’m a visibly woman of colour. I tried being nice to her even after she was cold and distant from the start. But I can only reciprocate the energy given to me. Best Buy needs to do better.

We would like to compliment an employee in the tv department at Best Buy's Uptown location. We recently purchased a new tv from Danial. Danial was knowledgeable, friendly and listened to our comments and needs. The result was excellent customer service and very happy customers. We filled out the survey but did not feel that Danial received enough credit for a great Best Buy experience.
We will return.

I just bought a pair of ear JBL Bluetooth earbuds to replace my skullcandy's that I had lost. The assistant store leader, Cole, was absolutely exceptional in his customer service and astute knowledge in the products that I was looking for and the features that they offered. This was single-handedly the best experience that I've had at Best Buy. Best experience, Best Buy. Highly recommend. Thank you Cole!

I recently left a review about my frustration with Best Buy’s decision to stop allowing customers to call the store directly. It’s incredibly frustrating because when I try to call, I’m rerouted to a call center that can’t help with store-specific issues, and that leaves me stuck.
In response to my review, I received a reply saying that Best Buy values customer service and was directed to the contact page. However, the link just leads me back to the same call center that can’t resolve the problem. This doesn’t address my concern at all—it’s the lack of direct access to store staff that’s the issue.
I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Best Buy, but this experience has been disappointing because it feels like the feedback is being brushed aside without actually solving the problem. I hope this policy is reconsidered so customers can get the assistance they need from their local stores.
