“I've always had difficulties shopping for tech. Enter: Abigail. She was knowledgeable and helpful, and being a student herself, she understood exactly what I needed! She was kind and helpful, and did not make me feel pressured at all. Making such a large purchase (a laptop) is anxiety inducing and stressful, but she made my experience much better. She assured me I could get money back if the price drops, and was generally fantastic. There needs to be more women working in these spaces, Abigail did such a great job and was not condescending my lack of computer knowledge. Best Buy management, give her a raise, she deserves it!”
