Jason, Randy, and Sasha have been incredibly helpful with my prescriptions for many years. Whenever there’s a shortage or a conflict with my medication, they always provide a solution, such as faxing my doctor or offering a suitable generic alternative.

Went for the flu vaccination and the table on which my vaccine was administered appeared very unsanitary. The vaccine and supplies were brought to the table in a clean bin so nothing touched the table but it doesn’t install a lot of confidence of the hygiene. I should have told the proprietor I was disturbed by it but I did not and I regret not doing so as this is really not the standard we as a society want to lower ourselves to.

We have been using the Ideal Drugs for years. They have always been helpful and friendly. The store focuses on on the pharmacy side more than the retail. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to medicines that can interact with other medications that we as patients do not understand, especially if someone is taking complex medication.l

This pharmacy is tiny, especially by comparison with the Shoppers Drug Mart one block to the north, but unlike the latter (which looks more like a mediocre department store) it focuses on pharmaceutical items. On my first visit today the interior looked like a 'work in progress,' but the two staff members were observant and ready to help.
