Dr Baines has been so helpful and kind to me. I have ME/CFS and fibro and he has worked with me to give me the best and safest treatment ms for my sensitive system. Ive also done massage and acupuncture and they are great too.

My job is physically demanding (roofing) so I come here to see Dr Bains and I'm never disappointed. He does amazing work and the staff there are great too. I'd give 10 out of 10 if I could ?. I recommend Dr Bains to everyone I know.

Experienced, knowledgeable yet conservative, and so precise. I literally could hardly move my back today and after a couple of gentle adjustments I can feel the pain lifting and some mobility returning already. The best!
