  They are charging $5.19 for a 473 ml can of Pepsi! Disgusting 🫣. $1.99 at McTavish market! You can buy a 2 liter for $3 on sale at Thrifty's. $4 regular price. Highest price I have ever seen for a can of Pepsi anywhere! I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. 😒🤬👎

  Door is locked and they said back in 10 minutes i wait almost for 20 minutes and go back knock on door but still no response i never ever go there again ! Shitty experience ever had with shell. The time is 9:20 pm on monday 17 november

  Obviously had a recent ownership change. Have gone several times in the past couple weeks and more often than not the door is locked with a sign saying
  “back in 15 minutes”. I went last Sunday morning and they weren’t even open at 7 when they are supposed to be open at 6:30. Absolutely ridiculous. Having single coverage is a terrible business decision. I saw at least six people leave today who didn’t want to wait. The old ownership and staff were amazing. Shameful. Hopefully Shell corporation will step in as this is giving them a really bad reputation. Chevron here I come!!

  Not the same service as when it was Spelts. They double charge and are hard to work with - never a manager onsite if issues arise

  My grandpa went down to this gas station to fill up, but he wasn’t sure how to use his new BCAA membership. Instead of just scanning his card and sending him on his way, the staff took the time to walk him through the process at the pump and explained all the perks he could get in store. They didn’t have to do that, they could’ve just stuck to the basics but they genuinely cared about making sure he got the most out of his membership.
  It’s not every day you find a place where the employees go beyond just standing behind the counter. Here, they actually take the time to help, especially with older customers who might not be as familiar with these things.
  
  Thanks to their kindness, my grandpa now goes back every couple of weeks—not just for gas, but to stock up on chocolates and chat with the people who made him feel welcome. 😅😅❤️

  Before this place went corporate it was lovingly cared for both inside and out with a good coffee shop offering fresh donuts and good coffee. Since going corporate the care and attention to detail have fallen by the wayside. The coffee shop is all but closed and only used for customers to play keno. I know one of the employees who worked at the coffeeshop and after it went corporate she was treated horribly and "encouraged" to quit. Quit sad. Also they sell gas

  This Shell has the best coffee I've ever had at a gas station! It's fresh, delicious, and always a treat. It is highly recommended for anyone looking to fuel up both their car and themselves!

  The attendant refused to allow me to redeem my airmiles for fuel. Told me to go do it at the pump which is not possible by any shape or form. I will never buy fuel at Shell again because of this. Educate your employees or hire better ones that can actually do the job.

  Since the new ownership this originally family owned and operated coffee shop/ gas bar has been terrible. We used to go there as kids everyday and now it’s just rude encounter after rude encounter. The older man is alright but you can tell the decline, terrible customer service. Super sad to see in a wonderful small community.For awhile they wouldn’t even clean the bathroom. It’s a 1 star everyday from me and I barely review venues.
