Staff is never really friendly especially the one girl named Maeve. She is constantly giving dirty looks and is not kind. Even winners has nicer staff.

This location is usually good. Not today though, I felt as though me and my daughter were being followed and watched the whole time by the staff. Both me and a black lady were being watched. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I don’t think i will be coming back to this location. Maybe theft wouldn’t be as much of an issue if you base who you watch on the behaviour of people and not the color of peoples skin.

Visiting family in town and was absolutely thrilled to see there is an Ardene store in Piccadilly Mall.This is the nicest Ardene store I have ever walked into. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm helloFelt very welcoming.It was amazing how the merchandise was presented and the flow within the store and fabulous lighting to actually shop and find thingsCongratulations to the team members who obviously take pride working here. It really showsIf anything this store sets an example for how other stores should follow going forwardWell done??

Love the atmosphere there. Staff is always happy and willing to help. I was in on Feb 19th and Alayna was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Will definitely keep going back because of Alayna. My daughter found everything she wanted and plus more.

The staff is beyond rude, especially the manager! Very unprofessional customer service and not friendly!! Sad really, for a small town, that is not good considering we don't have a lot of retail in town. The owner must really not care about his customers or our small town public to allow that to be going on because, frankly, you don't even need to speak the staff to read their personalities!
