“I put off going to the appointment initially due to the service I received a couple of years ago when I last attended. I was hoping for better but truthfully, I did not have high high hopes.
I met with Mamun, a senior banker. He was very professional, attentive to all of my concerns, including frustrations with previous staffing, and addressed everything. He spent extra time going over both my personal and commercial needs, which took up part of his lunch break. The service I received was much improved from the service over the past few years.”
