But the point is that when I went back to the bank here, Sharlene McKie was so very helpful and tried to sort things out. She told me a bit about the fraud that goes on and I was shocked! She deals with it everyday. Well, she was very professional and kind and even gave me some of her special Jolly Rancher cinnamon candies! Thank you for having such a caring person on your staff!
