The staff at Braby Motors are great! Our salesman was very friendly and made the buying experience a pleasure. They didn't have the Jeep I wanted so they reached out to other dealerships until they found me the vehicle that was right for me. I have also had great experiences with their service department; honest and good quality work. I highly recommend this dealership.

Quote was extremely high compared with their competition plus the lady in service was unbelievably unfriendly and reluctant to do anything. Was planning to buy the new REV vehicle there. Guess I’ll be going to Vernon now. Avoid!

Needed a new wiring harness for my headlight. I was told it would take a couple of hours to install, so with parts and labor, would have cost me well over $500. I decided to just buy the part and see if my husband could do it. It took him 20 minutes. The part that they charged me $90 for can easily be found elsewhere for under $20. Never trusting them again and never spending another dime there. One star is too generous...

I can’t say enough about this dealership! In my 30+ years of buying toys, never have I had the pleasure of dealing with such an amazing dealership. I met the owner and closed the deal on my Redeye hellcat. Greeted by his staff with the utmost courtesy and they stayed late to meet me as I came in from out of town to pickup the car. Threw in some swag. Way better than dealing with big corporate runs dealerships whose only concern is the “bottom line”. Thank you Braby’s for being the best dealer I’ve ever dealt with!

Today was the best day ! I got. A flyer in the mail which brought me in. It really felt like a dream !I was greeted by a very friendly Peter who instantly tried to find a solution to my difficult situation. Exceptional service !He treated my children with much respect and made it a fun experience for us!After a few test drives with Peter and help from Clayton crunching the numbersI came in at 840 am and drove home with my New to me SUV by 6pm!What an amazing service from the sales to the financial team to the Insurance and the end document signing !They really work miracles and I’d recommend anyone to head their way :)

My 2017 Ram developed an issue with the engine while on the way through town(coldest day of the year no less) and I pulled in to see if they could have a look at it. This was almost 2pm on a Friday and I needed to drive through to Alberta that day.They were able to get a tech looking into the issue, find and resolve the problem in about 2 hours for a more that reasonable expense. Many places would have no interest in facilitating an emergency repair like this, especially when it's almost time to check out for the weekend but they handled it.In my mind it speaks to a culture that's engaged, results-driven and customer focused. They kept me from being stranded far from home during a cold snap and things like that make a difference.
