I found it very delightful to have met a wonderful person who offered to pay for my entire grocery bill; I was absolutely shocked and surprised at the generosity of this man. Another occasion left me pleasantly surprised when an employee offered to buy me lunch whilst I cleaned the property beisde the no frills of trash and debris.

No Frills in Salmon Arm is pretty disappointing. The store feels dirty, and the produce section is often a letdown—lots of items are overripe or even rotten. The selection is limited, and the whole place feels cramped and poorly maintained. Not a great shopping experience overall, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you really have no other choice.

This No frills has creepy floor walkers who specifically follow native people around while they are trying to shop for their family for the week. With no consideration for people who have PTSD and how something like this could trigger a person!!! I was fearful for my safety shopping here today. This just goes to show this stores values, and on Truth and Reconciliation day too. People don’t realize we have to deal with this kind of discrimination in almost every store and it’s disgusting!!
