I got a parcel in the box that is for large parcels and I couldn’t get it out. The box was bigger than the mailbox for parcels. I guess when he opened the door to all the mail boxes, he put my parcel in the big mailbox area but then when I unlocked it, the parcel wouldn’t come out. I stood there for 30 minutes and finally someone came and cut my parcel so I could pull it out. I’m a disabled senior and I was freezing cold trying to get my parcel out. The boxes aren’t big enough to put parcels into them. Please fix this problem. Thank you.

Every time I try to call the office they never pick up the phone and act clueless when I eventually have to go into the building. This has been an ongoing issue for the last year. It's very frustrating when I sit there for 2 hours calling with no one picking up but when I go in they are up front at the counter and right by the phone.

I took an important 16 year olds birthday card to the post office a week ago, and Liz put it through the test slot and it went through. It got returned today (her birthday is tomorrow) saying there wasn't enough postage on it. Liz immediately took responsibility for the mistake and insisted on paying for an express mail. I’m still stunned about the compassion Liz and the staff have at Salmon Arm post office.

The ladies that work here are super helpful and friendly. Professional at all times. The guy that works there is super moody and very unpleasant to deal with.

The team at this post office are by huge margin the best Canada Post team I've ever seen. They're incredibly helpful, efficient and kind.
