Now that they have updated their building it is a really nice Canadian Tire to shop at. The isles are nice and wide and I like using the part locator and have it flash at the place that it is located. Generally speaking the shelves are organized but once in a while they are messed up but that would be due to the amount of people rummaging through and not returning the items correctly so I give them that one. This is my primary Canadian Tire that I shop at.

Always a pleasure shopping at Canadian Tire. Ample inventory, easy to find items in the store due to computer location aids.

I came in ahead of time to check on the price of helium and was told a completely different price than when I actually went there to fill them up. When my husband went there to fill them up they wanted to charge over $50 to fill up 5 pre bought balloons !!! Are you crazy !? Not to mention the staff and manager were completely rude and unwilling to help.

Ordered a new floor fan. Was ready for pickup the next day. The fan has allowed me to survive the high heat, so far.

So, I wanted to buy a snow shovel. I went to the bin that had some on sale. I picked one and brought it over to the cashier. She tottaled it up to be 45$, I told her that it was on sale for 30$. She got someone to check it out, they told me that it was a different item number, and that particular one wasn't on sale. At this time he had taken the sale price off the bin, I told him he should honor that price. His answer was, "well if you want to be that way". I wasn't too impressed by his tone, so, I grabbed the shovel anyway and he then radioed the cashier, telling her to honor the sale price. I got to the cashier, and she argued with me that she couldn't honor the price because it wasn't the one that was on sale.At this point I had enough of them and left.

Overall, the store is your typical Canadian tire. It can be hard to find an associate at times.
