I brought in my gaming PC around 10:30am. That I tried building on my own and it did not power up. I got a call from Ryan around 11:30am saying he has found the problem. I got my PC back the same day around 3:30pm with everything updated and setup. Ryan was very helpful, professional and easy to talk to. I will definitely be taking my computer related problems here from now on. I would recommend anyone having PC problems to go here

I used to work there, although this is a long time ago (1996). I had a great time due to the help of Dave and Maureen, who gave me the chance to work with computers. This is almost 30 years ago and I am still working in the IT industry. A big thank you and greetings from Germany!

These guys are great! My computer holds all of my work, hobbies, etc. When it shut down, I fully expected to have to replace the hard drive. Ryan was amazing! Fixed my baby faster than he said he could and it cost a tenth of what my nightmares said to expect. Thanks so much!

Took in old PC that had crashed and needed recovering. Bought a new Lenovo and the tech transferred all files from old drive to new separate hard drive. Couldn't be happier. Great company to deal with.

After three power surges within 20sec, our server computer wouldn't reboot. I took the server-computer to Ryan at Computer Professionals. It turned out that the power surge broke the hard drive. Ryan replaced it with a new one and rescued all our data from the damaged hard drive. Within less than three hours, I picked up the computer in perfect condition again, all for a reasonable price.

Sold us a laptop which we thought was new as it turned out it was a 2016 Laptop slow as hell. Called twice for computer support at my office, we will be right there. No return call or office support. Horrible David.
