Have gone here for years. Never any problems. Well, now I will never go there again. It appeared that we were imposing on them. One bay open only. Added too much oil. Never checked all filters. Extremely rude. No safety check done. Best if all they put a Volkswagen oil plug into my Kia. Went to Kamloops as engine smoking like on fire. Was told to pull over as so much SM me. Thank heavens for Great Cdn Oil in Kamloops in Lands down mall.. best of the best. Staff extremely kind and thorough. Will spend my money there from now on. Good luck to the Salmon Arm bunch
