I have tried 3 times this evening to order canning jars online...it is impossible to do so as they keep kicking me back to start of process then add another order on? What a farce! Armstrong would never treat their customers so disrespectfully!!

People friendly but more expensive than Hardware store 1km away. Had a conflicting price from shelf to till and they still charged higher one. DRIVE THE 1 KM!

I have been to the store 3 times this week. Each time I was charged more at the register than price listed on shelf. Organization at this store is not good. Prices are always 10% higher than Rona. We need more competition in SA to keep stores accountable.

If I could give Zero stars I would. Compared 3 different Items with Hardware store in town and each time 10%-15% higher at Home Hardware. This store is closer but I will now go the extra 1KM to other store for better pricing.

Horrible experience with Melissa at the salmon arm home hardware building center, went in to have a key cut, Melissa informed us that she wouldn't be able to as the key was cracked and there was a possibility of it shifting - no big deal - we asked if we could just purchase a blank to have the key cut at canadian tire who we went to previously and said they could do it but they didn't have a blank that matched as it was out of stock. Melissa took complete attitude and just wouldn't help out at all after explaining this to her. Honestly this lady has an atrocious attitude, and as some one who deals with the public maybe should re think her career path.

Was waiting for delivery from another company when they phoned and said they did not have the product. Builders were coming the next day. Called Home Hardware and they went out of their way to have the wood delivered within 2 hours. The customer service was above and beyond better than any other store. We will recommend them to everyone and continue to use them for any projects.

Wonderful customer service, all of them . I went today and I had few things I wanted to buy but my ESL didn’t help me with parts. There was a nice gentleman by the name Dave S. He was with me they hole time trying to describe what I needed and he get them for me. Took me 10 minutes to get all the things I needed … Thank you so much
