“My engagement ring of over a decade ago, was worn out and was not repairable, which was a disappointment me (It had been purchased from another jeweller). I took my ring into Arthur‘s Gem Set and asked if the ring could be re-created using the stones. Arthur was very professional, kind, communicated very well and created a 3-D version of a new setting. He recommended that the ring be made using a pave setting rather than the old setting, which would make the ring far more durable.
Arthur and the staff were very kind and though the ring isn’t exactly like my old engagement ring, it is very close & I am very happy with the end Result. I always prefer taking my business to smaller businesses than the big box stores, and I would highly recommend Arthur’s Gem Set.”
