“Was in today to replace an outdated cell phone. The manager Simon was there on his own (one staff on holidays and another phoned in sick). Simon handled my purchase very professionally and worked to get me the best deal (BCAA card got some big discounts through Bell). As he was the only rep in the store, he promptly acknowledged the other couple of customer waiting for service and skillfully multi-tasked serving them all as promptly as he could. Setting up a new phone takes some time so he had one task going with my phone while he helped others, all the while apologizing to me. I had no problem with it and was impressed with his knowledge and attention to everyone. Should mention I have dealt with Mercedes in the past and she was excellent as well.”
