My wife went here to buy food go a small dog that we got because his owner passed away. We knew no history on the dog. When my wife asked the staff what dog food should she feed him, they made her feel like she stole the dog because she did not know any history of the dog.
Then they world not help her anymore.
Young staff only concerned with getting a pay cheque and doing give a shit about customer service. Never shopping there again. Typical chain service.

Bought canned Cat food which I thought was $3.25 a can, get to the Till it was $4.49 a can? Staff had stacked the larger cans in front the $3.25 price, $3.50 or whatever the price of the smaller cans was, where the smaller cans of Cat food should have been placed, great misleading prices. I should have let the lady Staff member who helped me, carry my 4 cans of Cat food to the Till, she “casually” followed me there anyways!

Young staff are allowing customers to bypass them and direct loud complaints at other customers. Customers with complaints should be invited to make an appointment with the manager. Not good Customers who are not complaining using the services and buying products.
