This place was OUTSTANDING!! My girlfriend and I needed engraving done before I left up north and he fit us in to make sure it was done before I had to be gone. Was so friendly when I went to pick them up and the overall product was just extraordinary!! 10/10 recommend.

If you're looking for a Goldsmith to do some custom work for you, Blake is your guy. He is far more than a craftsman, he is a true artist - and an absolute dream to work with. With our wedding coming up I had a very specific wedding band design in mind so knew it would have to be custom made. Since Blake had done a beautiful alteration on a piece of jewelry I brought in last year I knew he had to be the one to create my ring. He also gave me the idea to go through my jewelry box to see if I had any odds and ends of old gold jewelry that could be repurposed into my new ring. Sure enough there I found a couple of earrings that had lost their partners, some fine gold chains from back in the 90s, an old ring from my grandmother, etc. Before I knew it there was a nice little pile. It turned out that there was enough gold to be melted and refashioned into not just my ring but a matching one for my husband-to-be! The results were above and beyond my dreams - and with the repurposed gold they were very affordable.Moral of the story: we have an incredibly talented goldsmith here in Salmon Arm - and people need to take a look and see if they possibly have bits of gold lying around that otherwise might end up in a thrift store donation box some day!

Thank you Blake for helping me size up my cherished rings so that I can finally wear them. I left the shop so happy today, with great service all around, friendly, informative, laid back enthusiastic. I had no doubts when dropping off my jewelry and they were finished super quick :)They fit perfectly and you could hardly tell there was an adjustment made. We even had to go about 6 sizes up. I know my friend/honorary grandma would be so happy that I am wearing her family heirlom rings. They were even shinier than when I dropped them off!

0/5 starsGave him my too short Citizen watch to lengthen with extra links I ordered online - a few weeks later my watch broke. Went to him again and he blamed the extra links being too loose so he kept it to tighten them - picked up my watch the second time and it was back to too short and the glass face was scratched.Left his shop in tears, wish I would not have gone to him.
