Haven’t had good experiences after switching to RBC. Not very helpful when going in with issues, always have to solve issues over the phone with RBC somehow, staff is never able to help, and rarely even directs me to where I can get help.

Had issues with attitude of staff. Not friendly. If we don't bank with you. You would not get paid. Always have issues with booking appointments. Not knowledge staff. Manager has weird attitude. Multiple complaints and still no improvements.

Their staff is not instructed proper information to help their customers. I have lost my opportunity for the free iPad promotion because of this after traveling 3 1/2 hours each way to the appointment to set everything up and it was not done properly ? I am very disappointed with the Royal Bank of Canada.

Carl Snyder was fantastic, kind, helpful, and made everything easy. I came in to get a new card and realized my ID was expired. The staff here were super helpful. Shout out to Steven for being cool as well.

Staff at RBC Salmon Arm branch is incredibly helpful and so friendly. Always a pleasure going into the branch...even if you have to wait in line, the end result is always worth it!Be patient and be kind!

We have been customers of RBC for a number of years and always had good service until recently when we were applying for a new mortgage. The poor communication and lack of response to our messages and emails was unbelievable. We finally got fed up and went to a mortgage broker and the service has been awesome. Once we sell our home and buy a new one our RBC mortgage will be paid out Not what we originally thought we would do but we had no choice

Pre-registered and drove 100 km (there and back) from Vernon to attend an event on estate planning and wills to find a notice on the door that the event had been cancelled due to illness. Notification by email would have saved us the time and expense of this trip. Happy we bank with a credit union now. Most of them understand valuing their customers.

Tellers are helpful and pleasant.The advisor I've been in contact with has flat out forgotten to do change things that we have agreed on.I've had to drive 45min to personally visit the branch in order to correct... numerous times in 2 months.After a month of waiting for my new client card in the mail - I followed up with them. I found out it wasn't even sent! Now waiting another 7-10 business days relying on ATMs and cash.They are out to lunch at this branch.
