Erik and his team repaired a manufacturer’s dent on my new vehicle that required bodywork. I was pleased with the outcome and my vehicle’s interior was also returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off, which was a huge bonus!

My car needed to get fixed before the ICBC claim expired and after calling around to several repair shops, I spoke to the receptionist at Craftsman Collison, who was very kind and able to get me in for an estimate. The shop was pretty booked, but Eric said he would be able to get my car in before the expiry date. Not only were they super friendly and accommodating, but they even cleaned my interior as well! It was a real treat, especially considering my car was in a real state when I dropped it off!I have already recommended this location to people in need of a repair shop, and I will 100% be taking my car back there when I am in need of work.Thanks so much guys!

I got a quote a week or two back and I got a call saying they had a cancellation and could I bring my car in Monday. I got my car back today and they fixed my dent for a very reasonable price but that’s not the best part. They did an amazing job AND They detailed my vehicle. Worst and unprofessional body shop in the world they waste our almost one year. My icbc claim approved. But manager saying i will call. But I didn’t get any call for get my car repair. I cant sell my car due to dent on car.

Unbelievably helpful and friendly! We had a problem with a sliding door of our rental car and he just fixed it and said it was customer service! He didn't want any money and we are still speechless about such generosity which is extremely rare in these times. Skill and friendliness combined - that's just WOW. Thank you!
