Absolutely the worst experience ever with a bank. The advisors are not trained properly and do not take initiative to solve a problem that is caused by their incompetence. I give ZERO stars and would stay away from them. Their customer service is total crap. Seems like a common theme for this branch based on the other reviews. There are so many other options out there that have a much better platform, have more transparency and have advisors that actually help you and care. Do your due diligence and go with another bank. Don't use the Scotia Salmon Arm Branch.

20 years ago we moved to Salmon Arm my wife had a job but I didn't. I had serious doubts about getting approved for a mortgage.... But we applied and it was approved. So I have always had a positive opinion of the Scotia Bank at Salmon Arm. I should add that the mortgage has been paid off !!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.I haven’t been able to log in to my banking app for nearly 4 months. Every time I contact them via phone, they can not help me. I’ve started two case files which each takes an hour of processing over the phone and I’ve never heard back from anyone.

Went there today hoping to send money. There were three attendants serving one customer. They saw me coming and did nothing. The manager came out several times, saw me waiting and did nothing. Does 1 customer really needs three attendants to deal with his needs. After 20 minutes of waiting, i decided it's hopeless to keep waiting. I don't recommend this place. Stay away.
