One customer, who drove from Alaska to Tahoe, had their rear differential on a 05' Outback repaired after it gave out near Salmon Arm. The shop was the only one willing to take a look that day, and with help from a friend's parts, the repair was finished by noon the next day. They also assisted in planning overnight arrangements. In another visit, a customer needed an alignment and tire swap for winter tires. While satisfied with the work, they wished the shop had advised that alignment couldn't be done before swapping tires. Overall, customers praise the friendly staff, great service, and fair prices. Another customer appreciated how the shop fixed their kid's car in Salmon Arm without extra charges or long delays, despite the inconvenience.
