Very happy with the upgrade of our stairs to hardware and carpet.
Kim the store manager was friendly and helpful when picking out the hardwood and carpet.
Greg the owner was also very professional when he came to the house when quoting the project.
Ryan the installer was a true craftsman when installing the hardwood and carpet .Quality of work was his number one priority throughout the 3 day installation.
We have already recommended them to one of our next-door neighbours.

THE VERY BEST SERVICE. I had gone to a few locations looking for flooring in Salmon Arm, everyone was so friendly and kind. But the people that helped at FLOOR Store were beyond helpful. Being helped by Rhonda, and the other wonderful people that work there, made making my purchase with them a no brainer. I WILL 100% recommend anyone buy their flooring here.

We highly recommend Salmon Arm Floor Store; they are friendly and helpful. Greg and Ryan did an amazing, detailed job installing beautiful vinyl plank flooring in our home which has some challenging areas and angles; they were friendly, professional and helpful with consultations and installation. Rhonda is very kind and helpful and helped with product selection and planning. This is a great family-owned business!
