I love the salvation army light house because there is great food and drinks that the food bank provides to those in need.

They help anyone who needs it with food, clothing, housing and counseling. They are a great group of people who all enjoy volunteering for the community.

The Salvation Army Lighthouse Community Ministries operates the "Food Market at the Lighthouse" which is the registered food bank in Salmon Arm BC. It is also the location of the "Lighthouse Community Food Forest" community garden and "The Cafe at the Light House" drop-in program." We offer low barrier access to food and other support services.
