I live on Saltspring and I visit this place all the time for food as LOVE it soooo much! These folks really know their KETO and health conscious living, they live it, they make it, they are so friendly and helpful. And EVERYTHing is super delicious. Yum yum yum!

Awesome small restaurant (just one table inside). Excellent Keto sandwiches. I had the chicken with added tomato and bacon. Plenty of product available to stock your pantry.

Love how everything there is healthy but also tastes good. I’m glad they convinced me to get the lemonade with strawberries. That was super good and no sugar! Also the nutty buddy bar you can’t go wrong! I had a beef sandwich on the keto bread and it hit the spot!
