“Outstanding knowledge and service. We had a rather concerning knocking and rattle on the front end of our Mazda, and although Trevor and Allison were fully booked up for a few weeks, they both kindly arranged for us to visit the shop immediately in the am to determine if the issue was critical or could simply wait for the next open slot for the fix.
Trevor studied and diognosed the issues and advised. We just got our vehicle back and it is such an improvement. Final bill came in under original estimate and fix completed earlier in the day than expected.

“I cannot say enough about the front desk staff at this repair shop. They got me in same day for a flat tire, turned out was a cracked rim, gave me a card with contact info where to get fixed for 200 bucks versus 700 bucks from ford and didn’t charge me for replacing bad rim with my spare. Definitely going back already booked appointment. Best place on the coast hands down.”

“I called as early as possible and got a same day appointment for a diagnosis for a weird sound in my CRV. I was on a road trip and wanted some piece of mind that my passengers and their dogs would be same. The mechanic who helped us drove the car around, lifted it up and checked everywhere he could for a source of the sound. He pulled and wiggled everything he could find. He tightened a loose piece of trim and torqued our tires and explained everything well to set our mind at ease. I am extremely grateful for their skill and time at Rowland Brake & Muffler!”
