I cannot say enough about the front desk staff at this repair shop. They got me in same day for a flat tire, turned out was a cracked rim, gave me a card with contact info where to get fixed for 200 bucks versus 700 bucks from ford and didn’t charge me for replacing bad rim with my spare. Definitely going back already booked appointment. Best place on the coast hands down.

The mechanics I can always trust.....long story short I was expecting to pay around $1200.00 in repairs...it turned out not to be what I thought and the repair was only $170.00 .....I would have had no way to know any better and they COULD have made a huge profit at my expense.
I was so surprised when I got the bill I said that to them.........
Tim just looked at me and said ....."never!"
.. That's just it isn't it? That is trust.

First time I felt comfortable and confident with the work done to my car. I didn't leave feeling confused or questioning myself. They were super nice but also everything was thoroughly explained in a thorough report. I really appreciate that they texted me a link with the report so I could review it myself. I'll definitely be back and recommend to others!

great and thorough service. Defiantly worth the extra few bucks for an oil change - they inspected everything and gave me a detailed emailed report, which is great for knowing upcoming costs and approx how much time is left on things. Plus, my car felt very happy after seeing them.

Outstanding service & efficiency! I had a slow leak in a tire and even without an appointment, I dropped off my car and they fixed the tire within a couple hours. They also noticed that two of my snow tires had been mounted on my rims backwards (by an unrelated garage in Calgary) and they remounted them correctly and at no extra charge! I highly recommend this OK Tire and will be a regular customer, having just moved to the area.

Booked tire install for today, confirmed on the phone for this very specific day as it's my only day off for next two weeks. Showed up and was told it was for the following week. No apology, no solution offered. I don't like leaving 1-star reviews but this one is well-deserved.
